Checking email first has become routine for me.

I recently did take a poll and asked people what they do when they first jump on their computer. It was no surprise that majority of the people said check emails. We have made checking email our routine. Just like getting up and brushing our teeth. Our locking our doors when we step out of the house. For some it has become second nature for us to click the computer on and click the email button that we have bookmarked into our favorite sites. Why do we do that? Why is it so important that we need to check our emails first?
Well, technology had made it easier for us to stay connected to our family, friends, and to people around the globe. We use our emails to make money as well as keeping connected to our fellow citizens. All the new money making projects that we are doing on the computer/cyber world has made email one of our necessity. We would be left out in the cold if not for emails. Email to us in this day and age is like the post office for those back in the days. But no more do we use snail mail we call it now. Snail mail takes about a day the fastest you can get your mail from point A to point B. But with email you can get it within seconds. Now talk about speed. This goes great with the way we live now. We want it we want it now. If we want something we don’t like waiting for it. That is why credit card works so well. People using it usually buy what they want now and pay later….for some it’s much later …LOL.
Email is helping us connect to people and places so that we can make money, friends, and communicated for any reason or thing in the world. Can we live without email? I don’t think I can. I do so much with emails and without it I will feel like something is missing or not complete.
