This product has six of the best cellulite fighting ingredients in this little 4 Oz jar. I love caffeine and retinol the most. They help reduce cellulite at the same time increase collagen production to help my skin stay firm and smooth. I really like the natural floral scent of this cream. It doesn't have that strong menthol or medicine smell, like the other cellulite creams I own. I didn't have that sense of Icy-Hot sensation from usage. This cream is easy to apply and it is quick absorbing. This cream is more of a lotion-like countenance. I gently massage the target areas with this cream. Then, I grab my hand held silicon massage and massage the same areas. I have not experienced any pain or irritation in using this product. I do not expect magic in a jar, so I am patient. This product is an add on to my weekly diet and exercise routine.
