The product came with the box all torn up and taped back up badly. When I open the box I found out there was a hole torn in the seat. I had to return and exchange, but the same thing with the second box. I returned it and got my money back. The Machine came in a huge big box and many more boxes within the box that host all the parts you have to assemble. The product is very heavy and the parts felt sturdy. The UPS man and my husband both carried the box in. My husband and I really would have loved this product if it wasn't for the hiccups with the seats. The parts look like it's made of quality materials. The instruction manual was easy to read and assembling it would probably be easy to do.
We have other fitness/workout machines in the house that works amazingly well. This was going to be a nice addition to our exercise/fitness room. Hubby loves working out with the kids and I. We don't get to do a family workout day, but when we do it's a lot of fun. Going to the gym was what we use to do. Our schedules are so packed, we be lucky if we ever have time to work out at all.
